Mr. Willie James, III, aka "Bubz" of Elizabeth City, NC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in Elizabeth City, NC. Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, October 26,2014 at 1:30pm at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church. Viewing and visitation will be held on Saturday from 4-8pm at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at sister's residence, Shimone James 813 Paxton Street, Elizabeth City, NC. Rivers Community Funeral Home is expressing sympathy through sincere service to the James family.
