Gail Adale Mullen Price entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Health Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.  She was born in Long Island, New York and the daughter of Wesley V. Mullen, Sr.  and the late Rosie Grace Angel Stokley Mullen.  She was also predeceased by two brothers, Leslie Mullen, and Tony Mullen (Maria).

Celebration of Life Service will be Monday, October 16, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at Beach River Funeral Home Chapel, Elizabeth City, North Carolina with Bishop David White as Eulogist.  Interment will be in the Memory Garden Cemetery, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.  A viewing/visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 2023, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

In addition to her father, Gail leaves to cherish her memory two sons:  Jamarl J. Mullen, Portland, Oregon and Antonio D. Mullen (Tamu), Portsmouth, Virginia; two sisters, Djuna D. White (Sterling), Virginia Beach, Virginia and Romona L. Reese (Clay), Elizabeth City, North Carolina; five brothers, Gary Mullen, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Wesley Mullen, Jr. (Miranda), Palestine, Texas, Barry Mullen (Orethia), Camden, North Carolina, Grantlon Mullen, Elizabeth City, North Carolina and Chad Jordan (Tasha), Ivor, Virginia and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
