Barbara Jean Draughn entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 25, 2019.

Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 1-2699 Old Bath Highway, Washington, NC at 1:00pm. Viewing will be held on Saturday, 12:00 noon at New Birth Christian Center, 112 W. Church Street, Washington, NC.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Angela Draughn of Washington, DC and Tina Hyman of Clinton, Md; two sons, Donald Dixon (Melissa) of Shadyside, Md and Darrell Dixon ( Letitia ) of Powder Springs, Ga.; brother, Ivie Dixon of Clinton, Md.; grandchildren, Dominique (deceased), Quentin, Bria, Travius, Donald Jr., Darrell Jr., Maya, Logan and Darius; great grandchildren, Brooke and Brielle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and two grand dogs...Busta Rhymes and Ruby Dee.
